I love the community feel, the great location in Fort Worth, and how clean it always is and well kept up.

If you could please tell the construction workers to not go in reverse before 8 am. Thanks. Also, mowing does not need to begin at 7 am on fridays.

absolutely love living here. i am going on my third year. the apartments are spacious, well maintained and well priced. there is tons of parking and the grounds are always well maintained and look great. the only problem is you can hear your neighbors if they are being loud.

Perfect location for a TCU student.

The staff is consistently disorganized and has no sense of urgency for clearing up resident issues. They are wonderful people, all of them. Very nice and caring. But it takes a while to address issues.

Everything else is perfect. You will love living here. Great location, price, and quality.

If you call to make an emergency maintenance request on the weekend, don t expect anyone to show up for a few days. They are supposed to show up within an hour or two they never show up.

It is a beautifully landscaped community on the edge of downtown Ft. Worth. The community is conveniently located to all the major highways and centrally located to many shopping conveniences. I would be proud to call this place home.

This was a very nice property. The grounds were well kept and it was nice to have access to the fitness center for 24 hours. It was also located in a quiet area. The leasing professional was very personable and made me feel welcome and comfortable. She listened to my needs and tried to find the right apartment that would fit those needs. She stated she hoped I would choose their property for my next home.

Pros:
(1) Location
(2) Price (*for double)
(3) Amenities (pool, club house, appreciation days)

Cons:
(1) Speed Bumps are too much. Even at a speed of less than 10MPH I am constantly having to put air in my tires. Additionally, there are four within 50yards at the main entrance which is absolutely unnecessary and a huge pain.

(2) Fined for being "late" on payment WITHOUT WARNING, when I had been diligent on ALL prior payments and was out of the country during the first few days of the month. The fine was ridiculous as well $100. Even though in the contract, you'd think a complex the size of the Berkeley would give tenants the courtesy of an initial warning - or at the very least display some flexibility under a given set of circumstances.

(3) We've filled out two maintenance requests during our tenancy period and ON BOTH occasions maintenance had to be reminded multiple times and never completed their work by the date we were told.

(4) Our apartment was missing TWO FANS when we moved in and we were told they would be installed within 15 days of our move in date - it took almost TWO MONTHS!

The agent took pride in the community which made me excited.

The property was well maintained and looked very nice. I liked the apartment and I liked the leasing professional's presentation.

I have lived here 3 years.  There have been minor issues with very noisy neighbors - these were resolved quickly with the front office staff.  The layout of the apartment is very functional and I love all of the storage!  Maintenance is always done same day.  All staff on the property are very friendly and professional

I loved everything about this experience. The staff seems well trained and excited about their jobs.

It's a great environment and within proximity of several places to go in FW.

The community was exceptional. The leasing agent was quite knowledgeable. She listened to my questions closely and answered them thoroughly. The leasing agent was also courteous and interested in my answers. I felt that my time was valued.
