Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

This was a beautiful community that was nestled at the end of a neighborhood of historic and beautiful old homes near the city's park system. It was very wooded and park-like with lovely landscaping. The quality of the apartments and amenities was excellent. There was a recognition of the need for storage and convenience in the units. It would be a pleasure to live in this beautiful complex located near everything: parks, TCU, downtown, and the hospital district.

The property was immaculate. I would recommend the property to anyone, not only a college student. The amenities would cater to any type of tenant whether a student or a family. The customer service experience was well above average. The property is very well maintained, and the landscaping was exceptional. I would live in the property myself based on the amenities and appearance.

This community is great, with nice staff that are willing to go over and beyond to help meet your needs.

great space for young adults

Great spot for TCU students. Lots of late night (after midnight) outside noise as students come home, parking lot conversations, loud car stereos. Two garages down last summer became a "local pub" with table, chairs and regular customers every night drinking and talking until well past midnight. They moved out at the end of the summer.
Fast response to maintenance issues which have been few.
Very helpful office staff.
My carpet should have been replaced after the previous tenant. Since I was coming from Houston, I didn't have a chance to inspect my apartment before the movers were at the door or I would have asked for new carpet or another apartment. I would encourage potential residents to be sure to inspect their actual apartment before moving day.
My apartment faces the train tracks and there is lots of train noise in the evenings. Could be a problem for some but I don't mind.
Not possible to have a newspaper delivered here--it disappears before I can snag it.

The community was well maintained and the amenities were very nice. However, the leasing professional made the experience highly uncomfortable and I would not want to live in a community with staff that were rude.

The leasing agent was professional and thorough, but she did not smile during the visit. She answered all of my questions satisfactorily.

This property location is definitely off the beaten path. It offers a lot of privacy to its residents. The entrances to each unit offer a lot of privacy as well as the garages. It seems like high end condos or town homes rather than apartments. The grounds were immaculate, and the office staff was very very professional in appearance and in speech.

This location offers a lot to the resident. I was amazed that a vacancy was available, since the appeal of the community and the easy access to this popular part of the city. I did not observe any issues with this property; it was well maintained.

This limited access community is remotely tucked away approximately eight minutes from downtown Fort Worth. It is located near shopping, dining, entertainment, and Texas Christian University. The property is quiet, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. Apartments come standard with amenities such as ceiling fans, two inch blinds, stainless steel kitchen appliance, self-cleaning ovens, and individual alarms systems. They also offer fireplaces, kitchen pantries, and spacious closets.

I enjoyed my tour, the amenities, the specials offered, the services, and the apartment home features. It was a very nice community. The leasing professional did a good job.

Feedback from an independent evaluator

The property was very nice. I really liked the layout of the A3.

The community was nice. The price seemed fair for today's economy.

The agent was professional and friendly and I felt that she was interested in my needs. The apartments and the amenities were very nice and it would be a nice place to live. However, knowing the area, I felt that it was overpriced.

Feedback from an independent evaluator

From my perspective, the Leasing Professional did her job, but she could have done better.

The property has come a long way, I could not believe it. I saw this same property 10 years ago and I was told they tore the old property down and started over. I would live here now, it is so nice and upscale.
