I've lived here for two years love the fact that its in a quaint neighborhood. Great front office staff

I loved it here. Spoke so highly of this place to friends and family, but when I gave notice that I was moving out, they showed no mercy on charging me practically a full month's rent when I would only be here for 10 days out of the month. Contract ended the 11th, yet they are charging me until the 21st, which is a huge difference in regards to money, especially for a student who lives off loans. 60 day notice to vacate is way too long.. try finding a place that will hold a spot for you for 60 days.. it's almost impossible. Other than that experience, no complaints. Beautiful place with very nice and helpful staff. There are a lot of TCU students that can get rowdy every now and then, but it's not too much. I'm not trying to bash this place, because I did love it for the 10 12 months I was here.. I just expected more compassion and understanding when it came down to the finances, especially the financial situation of a stressed out med student living off government loans.

I have thoroughly enjoyed residing at The Berkeley. From the beginning, the office staff have been exceptional in their assistance, responsiveness, and residential notifications. The groundskeeping has been impeccable, which is impressive given the amount of construction the past few months. I could not have asked for a more attractive and quiet environment so close to downtown.

I have really enjoyed living the in The Berkeley apartments the past two years. It is a beautiful complex that is well-maintaned. When I moved into my apartment, I was worried my dog would be uncomfortable without a backyard but the dog park and plentiful grass around the complex with doggie bags and trashcans made it easy to take her out.

One of the only negatives I have would be the noise. I lived on the second floor and unfortunately could hear my upstairs neighbor any time she moved furniture, flushed the toilet, took a shower, played with her dog, etc.

The best amenity this complex has to offer though is the maintenance team. They are excellent If you submit a maintenance request in the morning, 9 times out of 10 you will have someone come check out your issue that day. They even helped me jumpstart my car when the battery died and Snyder lent me some tools when I needed help taking apart some furniture. I have always known since day one that I can rely on the maintenance team to make sure I am comfortable and that my apartment is in tip-top shape.

I would recommend this complex to anyone Some people get worried that it is filled with only TCU students, which is not true. I graduated from TCU but lived here the two years after graduation while working and felt like the community was full of all kinds of people students, families, singles, etc.

This was my first apartment to live in and it was great. I loved the layout of the apartment, it made me feel safe, and the employees of the complex were helpful.

I like the apartment due to the layout and the location. However there is little to no insulation above me and I can hear the neighbor walking and their dog barking very clearly. The other issue that I have is the people in my vicinity do no pick up their dog poop. I have on multiple occasions walked over poop on the sidewalk and had poop right very close to the entrance of my apartment, If it wasn t these issues I would have a higher rating. I think one way to help this issue to put more poop disposal stations throughout the complex.

Nice apartments, great staff, and maintenance always took care of any problem I had ASAP.

Staff are always very friendly & helpful. They always put on community events & keep open communication with residents. Parking isn t too bad depending on the location of your unit. I have only had a couple of incidences where the noise of neighbors was an issue, which I feel is standard when living in any apartment. Overall, the complex is beautiful & one in which I have enjoyed living a great deal.

I love living at The Berkeley. I moved here from a nearby apartment complex and never looked back. The overall quality of the apartments, grounds, and amenities is outstanding. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit on the second floor and the layout with the attached garage is ideal. My roommate and I love it. I have had minimal maintenance issues that are always dealt with in a very timely manner and never have issues. Parking is always easy to find for myself and for my guests. The one issue I do have is with noise. For the most part I never hear the people in apartments on either side or below us, however the people living above us might as well be in our living room. In our opinion it is a small price to pay for apartment living but it can be difficult to deal with at times. Other than that I have zero complaints and hope to be living here for quite some time!

I ve lived here for two years. The apartment complex is a very nice and well maintained. There is ample parking and many units with garage options. Loved the location of my unit and the layout with the garage option. Disliked the creaky floor/ceiling and the recurring plumbing issue. Hated the loud neighbor/dog and how the office staff handled my complaints. The office staff is very friendly, but did not communicate, document, or resolve my requests/complaints/emergencies very thoroughly or effectively. After 2 years, I feel it is time for me to go.
