I think this is a great neighborhood with eating and groceries near by. I feel like my rent was fair, and that the apartments were very cute and my upgraded apartment is very nice and stylish! i love the painted walls, counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. I only wish the bedroom had a ceiling fan!

The lay out of my apartment is perfect for our lifestyle and friends who have seen it thinks it's wonderful. The make ready on the apartment was not at the level I had anticipated and for that reason I marked somehwat likely.

Most of the reasons I would recommend the property to others are the exact atmosphere/aesthetic the new management/owner is changing/getting away from.

The apartments are old and poorly maintained. Perhaps if they were updated like the model apartment hey would be better

SoNA has been completing many projects to improve the community for our residents and we are also fully renovating our apartment homes, like our model home, upon vacancy. Would you possibly be interested in transferring on site?

This is a very nice community however I fear the yearly increase may make me have concerns. The reason I say this is we requested a downstairs apt due to health reasons and physical limitations the rent was going up $130. Sorry but no more amenities that are offered that was just ridiculous. So we will do with what we have as we live on a small budget.

i would have to see more improvements and how the rent is affected by these improvements. my apartment was not ready to move in by any means but it was on the market anyway. i was very disappointed in the response i recieved due to my concerns and the concession was not nearly worth what i went though.

The rent is decent, but the interior of the apartments need to be updated, if residents are going to have pets they need to clean up after them!
