The leasing professional was great. She was friendly and bubbly and had a great presentation. She made me feel important as she gave me her undivided attention. Driving up to the property I could tell that it was an older property but was kept up very well. The apartment itself was very small and it didn't have room for much furniture. The amenities were adequate for an older property.

Wouldn't because of parking as well as I have found other communities comparable in price with more amenities.

I loved the beautiful property and landscaping of the apartment community. The style was unique compared to all the boring beige stone or brick apartments I had seen previously. The property had lots of trees and looked like a great place to go walking or lounge around outdoors. The pool and tennis courts were particularly appealing amenities to me. I loved the apartment I toured. The colors were perfect, the cabinetry was very nice and the fireplace was a great bonus. I really liked the townhouse style feeling of the apartment, with the stairs and cozy alcoves that I could decorate attractively. The staff member who assisted me was kind and helpful. I felt she would be a great person to assist me if I became a resident and needed help with anything in the future. I liked this community a lot and could see that it would be a beautiful, tranquil place to call home.

The community was close to shopping and entertainment. It was positioned around many other communities. The community appeared to be older, but well maintained. It could use some more common areas throughout the community. The overall layout made for a comfortable feeling.

The property was a bit dated but much needed upgrades have taken place. The community seemed quiet but had open access. The leasing professional I dealt with did not seem enthusiastic or energetic about my visit. I would probably dread having to ask her to do anything as a resident living there. Overall, the apartment I saw was decent, but the community as a whole needed a more modern face lift.

There's to many bug issues. They make it inconvenient to pay your rent. Well for me anyways. The apartments are older than I thought. After I moved in I realized that the apartments had not technically be redone and upgraded, they just took some good paint and painted over all the old stuff that was there. Cabinets, tubs, and soap holders. I was impressed with the low rate bc everything now is so expensive but, you definitely get what you pay for. But they are very quiet, the location is great, and the maintenance crew are phenomenal.

The community amenities struck me as what they offer at all apartments. The upkeep of common areas throughout the property was what I expect from any property. The leasing professional came across as very pleasant. The level of engagement by the leasing professional was full of energy and engaging. Her attempt to relate the home to my needs and interests was tailored to an extent, but also general in nature. The way the home and community were presented was very natural and engaging. Based on the experience, the likelihood I would recommend the apartment community to family and friends is neutral.

You don't get your moneys' worth.

The community was nice, with the exception of the pool. The lease rates were fair and I would have leased from the leasing professional.

They have cost me more money than just rent and utilities.

This was an older community that had been beautifully renovated. It was quaint and had great character. The apartment viewed was nicely upgraded with a beautiful contemporary feel. The residents I met at the community had been there a long time and spoke highly of the leasing professionals, the community, and the management company. The leasing professional was wonderful. She was professional yet conversational and appeared happy to assist me in finding the perfect new home.

The community looked nice and the leasing agent was very helpful.

the price point for the apartment does not equal the what is offered when compared to other apartments.
