Apartment Review from a Current Renter
The apartment looks nice at first glance, but everything inside is wearing quickly. Also, I don't like that someone needs to access my apartment so much. I've never had someone need to get in more than once or twice during a year at any other apartment i've lived in, while it feels like once or twice a month that my apartment is accessed here.

This is a quaint community with lots of trees and a small stream that runs through the property. The apartments are small, but arranged nicely and fairly updated. It is well taken care of, but the onsite amenities are few and include a pool area and tennis courts. The staff member I encountered was very engaging and the demonstration was well done.

My perceptions as a real customer considering leasing at this community included a number of significant positives, such as their location to major highways, shopping and restaurants, the renovations the community has gone through, the attractive landscaping and homelike atmosphere of the apartments.

It is no longer worth the amount of rent. I had a girlfriend and her son move in last year and then the apartments went under construction, I feel bad that I recommended this place

I would because the upkeep & all the 2013 renovations look fantastic, and the apartments are in a place where many shopping areas, restaurants, schools, and main roads/highways are nearby.

I used to recommend it all the time, but now the things that were charming about it don't exist anymore. Plus, the whole trash thing is pretty annoying.

Its a small community, that is why I would recommend. But its an old complex and falling apart, constantly placing tickets to fix things.

I apologize for us having to enter our residents' apartments in the year 2014, often. We had many large scale projects we were completing and the City of Austin was attempting to improve our energy efficiency.
Please know that every project we have completed thus far, is to improve the community as a whole, and we definitely do not wish to impede on our residents' happy lifestyle.
Luckily, this upcoming year of 2015, we do not have any major projects planned. Therefore, we should not be entering our residents' apartments.
We hope in the future that you will find SoNA to be a place to call home and would love the chance to make that happen!
