Yo soy felis en mi recidencia y ya eh recomendado varias familias ah vivir aquí en Sona pero hace unos días estoy teniendo problemas y me eh sentido muy mal y burlado con el personal de mantenimiento ya le eh informado toda una semana ah la oficina y al personal de mantenimiento sobre los problemas que están apareciendo en mi apartamento con el tema de la electricidad y no se le ah dado solución eh recurrido a la oficina más de 3 veces y me dicen que mañana y que mañana y todavía no tengo electricidad en mis tomas de corriente de la Cosina y el comedor .... porfabor espero que no me causen más molestias con asuntos de mantenimiento en mi recidencia .. muchas gracias

The community was not as upgraded as I expected from that management company. It was cold and rainy out, but the leasing agent still had a friendly and outgoing attitude. The maintenance professional was also friendly and seemed like he had good relationship with the staff and residents.
Thank you very much for visiting SoNA and providing some constructive feedback about our property. We are scheduling upgrades to both the exterior and interior of our property over the next year. We are looking forward to the exciting improvements for our residents. The leasing consultant was pleasant and friendly. I enjoyed my tour of the community, but was not happy to see bugs in one of the apartment living rooms. The community has so much potential, and a little extra effort would make an amazing difference.

The apartment homes had been updated but I still felt the rates were a little expensive considering the size of the apartment. The upgrades were nice though and the community itself was very presentable. They did not have many amenities but the ones they did have seemed to fit the size of the community.

Everything is close by. Easy access to 183 and the store is right around the corner

The community was small, as were the apartments, but the cost was a good value. In addition, most apartments were upgraded to better materials and appliances and there was a charm to outdoors.
