This community was a bit overpriced in my opinion for what was offered. Apartments seemed to be recently renovated, with new stainless appliances and wood floors on first floor, but otherwise out dated. It was disappointing to not have a fitness facility onsite. Excellent customer service though. Very warm and welcoming staff.

The only drawbacks to living here is the smokers and the parking spaces. There is not enough visitor spots to accommodate our guests.

The valet trash is something that we have looked at changing in the future. The community and the apartment were both very impressive and beautiful. The community offered a lot of amenities for the price and the leasing staff was exceptional. They were friendly and conversational, offering a ton of information without being overwhelming or pushy. The conversations I had while visiting were both warm and friendly. The customer service experience during my visit was top notch. I felt that the leasing agent went out of her way to accommodate me and my needs.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. The community also offered a tennis court and a dog park. Separating the office from the apartments was a seasonal creek. Many of the patios and balconies overlooked the creek. The area was wooded with a lot of shade. Parking was plentiful.
