Management's attitude is a plus. Far better than other companies.

The community stands out somewhat, but not in a great way due to its age. The one outstanding feature it has going for it is great location on the water. The rent seems awfully high for the lack of storage space inside, and no washer/dryer inside, but this might be reasonable compared to others in the area.

I will not recommend this apartment community due to the ridiculous rental rates, unorganized staff, and lack of parking spaces available.

The community was dated and had the appearance of a motel rather than an apartment community. The parking area was very small and all parking was in front of the building rather than disbursed throughout the community. It was also very expensive for the return. However, the staff I encountered during my telephone conversation and on-site visit was wonderful. They were both very warm and friendly as well as professional and informative. They were both very upbeat and motivated. I would love to have leased an apartment from either one of them.

I loved the location of the property more than anything else. I thought the the property it self was outdated and over priced. Katie, the leasing agent was a very nice girl but could come off as too laid back. I thought she couldve made the tour more excited and engaging and even more personal for me.

Great location.

We feel there are better places in the downtown for around the same price.

I am new to area, but have already recommended the place to anyone who would listen!!
