We understand that the market of Austin has grown tremendously downtown in the past few years due to the rapid increase in occupancy. The positive side to SoCo is we are one of the most affordable costs in downtown Austin with the benefits of being located closet to Lady Bird Lake as well as the Fitness Trial and walking distance to South Congress and downtown. We, also, are constantly upgrading the exterior buildings to keep it always up to par. We are so glad that you are with us and hope to keep you for a long long time. We are a community who is always accomplishing upgrades to both the interior and exterior. We are located right off Ladybird Lake with full access to the trail as well as a private dock with canoe storage (the only one in Austin), exposed brick walls (unique to Austin), uniquely built floorplans with Ladybird Lake views, a high quality management which values are based around customer service and we are close to everything happening in Austin such as the South Congress area, 6th St, Rainey St, South By Southwest, Fun Fun Fun Fest, etc. You get the most of Austin in our location and we are one of the most affordable apartments in this location. This community has an authentic Austin feel that comes complete with a unique finish outs centrally located in the happenings of Austin with direct access to the trail as well as our own private dock off of Lady Bird Lake. We will continue to make improvements to the community and provide a unique living experience for all our residents. We were so sad you didn't lease with us. We are a community located right off the lake so we do attain spider webs that will form within minutes due to the location but we have a daily goal of walking property to make sure lights are clean as well as cobwebs are cleaned. The lifestyle is authentic Austin located right off of Town Lake and the Austin fitness trail. It's an amazing lakeside view. You must have been by within days of our volleyball net ripping. We have already replaced this as well. I encourage you to come back out to take a second look at the community and what we have to offer. We will continue to make improvements to the community and take care of all of our residents with exceptional customer service.
