The property appears to be doing major construction in the area. The apartments are dated and the upgrades I saw could have been done better. To live right off the lake is a cool big plus, however, the lake water on the tour day was so muddy and did not add beauty to the property, only made it look worse.

Great management and maintenance. Except the pool is green and gross sometimes, for example, Labor Day Weekend. Access to the lake and the running trail is allows for an active and healthy lifestyle.

Location is superb. Phase 2 buildings are solid if old and maintained only so-so. Staff is very friendly and helpful, neighbors friendly though quite transient. Parking is fine, don't know what some are complaining about. Downside is price, and regular price increases, but I suppose that's the Austin market.

I was not offered a tour of the apartment or community. I may or may not recommend to others.

Location is pretty fabulous.

It was great living there for a while but now the price is so high for a decaying building that even the location can't save it.

For the most part it is quiet and safe. There are places with more amenities and same or better location but, the place seems quiet and safe.

While I love my apartment, and it's location, I feel there are a lot of other better places that one could live in for less than the $2+/sq ft we are paying for here.

REALLY wish there was some sort of workout facility.
REALLY wish the business office was a little nicer.
REALLY wish we had a common area/lounge with TV/movies, billiards, etc.

I would not recommend it because it's old, the staircases and handrails always dirty and the rent expensive. I would recommend it because the location is great.

Location is fabulous. Must not be averse to insects, unreliable appliances, or unpredictable water temperature. Must love dogs.

Phase 2, building 1 is very old. It needs to be updated like the riverfront properties. And the "wood" floors are nothing more than linoleum. Dont try to pull the wool over customers eyes in your online advertising.
