This community offers updated spacious apartments and centrally located amenities. The apartments have stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and laundry hook-ups. The lease rates are competitive for the area and the quality of the community.

Being off of a frontage road without a second entrance/exit makes it almost impossible to walk or bike anywhere without driving first. However, it is very private here and convenient to get on Mo PAC quickly.

Overall, this place is very well kept and managed. The actual apartment (the larger one bedroom) is very nice, roomy and updated. All of my bills have been manageable. My only worry is for those who have to wake early for work and are woken up on weekdays at 12 am-3 am with stomping/fighting/banging on walls. Although, you will always have that risk living in an apartment.

The grounds and landscape were in excellent shape. The leasing professional compared a one bedroom apartment to a much larger two bedroom model.

I wouldn't recommend these apts to my friends because when we had a problem with one of our neighbors, we never got anything resolved. Also the price of the apt is way too expensive.

This shopping experience was not unique or personable. I wouldn't live here because the presentation seemed rushed and not authentic.

Traffic and access to the complex are terrible, not at all pedestrian/bicycle friendly. The units are very nice, however, after 10 month here, I've noticed and adapted to the overall attitude here of ignoring others existance and though this seems to be the norm these days, It kinda makes it a very unfriendly place to live.

I think the apartment layouts are unique and I like the upgrades. Plus I like that it is a smaller community. However, the amenities don't measure up to those in neighboring communities and there aren't any social opportunities offered by the management. My recommendation would be based on what my friends were looking for.

Compared to other places I have lived in Austin, including West Campus, this facility is wonderful. A real hidden gem :)

Good location, small complex so quick maintenance, surrounded by trees on several sides, nice entrance with flowering trees and vines all around. Would not because close to Home Depot and some strip malls which are very noisy at night sometimes. Home Depot makes all sorts of noises with loud trucks idling or unloading things, trash being picked, some sort of saws or fans or something sometimes. Also the vehicles that drive around the strip mall parking lot in the middle of the night make a lot of noise.
We are going to kick start the near year with a resident function so hopefully you can get to know some of the other outgoing folks who live here.
