The apartment itself and the gated community, anemities and surround areas are great! I've lived here for 4 years and would of countinued my lease if it wasn't for our recent house purchase. However the leasing office personnel is terrible! There is lack of communication and responsiveness for current tenants. Future tenants have more priority than current tenants and that just seems backwards. As a renter I would of appreciated better informed office staff and more of a timely mannered responses.

It's a bit expensive for 1br, and we don't have Google Fiber yet.

I stated earlier that I was impressed with what the community has to offer for the price. I also think that it is kind of difficult to feel openly welcomed because of the short space between the street and the gate. They are going through the renovation, and they explain this process well.

The property is very nice. I was quite impressed with the fitness center and loved the pool area (I only viewed one of the pools). The apartment seemed very comfortable and I loved the size of the bedroom. For the square footage, the layout was great, particularly with the high ceilings. Not as much natural light as I would like if I were going to live there. I felt that I would be well taken care of by the staff.
