The location may be tough for some people who's work or school is in central or north Austin, but other than that, I would definitely recommend based on the quality and price point of the property.

I thought the community was amazing and so nice. I liked the idea of being the very first one to live there and use everything in the new phase. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Pricing was a little high but the interior was so nice.

It was a very pretty community. The apartments viewed were both in Phase II which was new construction. It was clean and well-maintained. The apartments viewed were nicely done, top of the line, and comfortable. The leasing professional was wonderful. He was dedicated form the moment we met at the office to get to know me and my needs. He was conversational and a joy to spend time with.

The floor plans are great, I especially love the large walk-in closets and the big bathtubs. The fact that the patio walls are actually walls not a wrought iron fence is nice for privacy. And this area is quiet, nobody holds those loud parties at all hours of the night, no one has a reason to call the cops, and I would feel safe walking around alone at night, if I chose to do so.
