I would recommend it because the staff is nice and responds to request and questions via email and phone. I feel like the staff understands my concerns which I appreciate. The only reason why I would not recommend it is the parking is a huge problem for residents and guests. I wish there was more covered areas above the cars that are not under the big parking garage. I also would love to see it be easier to let visitors park upstairs, without having to go get them.

The location is fantastic, other than that, the property is pretty average. Pet owners are very bad at picking up after their dogs and maintenance doesn't seem to do it either.

I just think the lay out is poorly designed. Parking is horrible. Gated area has no gate for past 2 months. Gate access points require to get out of car and use fob for working gate. Either not enough spaces or so tight the cars receive damage. Trash dumped in stair ways, access is not very efficient. Over priced. Lots of noise from neighboring adjoining units.

I'm generally pretty happy with the place so I would recommend it - especially since it doesn't appear the tow trucks are trolling the garage anymore.

It used to be a well managed facility and now I to some extent hate living here. I definitely do not feel as though I am getting my money's worth here anymore.
