I would recommend it. But it is pretty expensive for being far from downtown and having trash in common areas.

The leasing consultant was focused and accommodating. The community was nicely situated with community amenities that were many and the apartments leased for a reasonable rate, when you factor in the community amenities and the excellent customer service from the leasing consultant.

I pay too much for too little. The shared hallways and stairwells are often dirty. The trash room is overflowing. And the inconvenience I had during my move in was not handled with sensitivity and understanding.

There are too many small problems that arise on too consistent of a basis with the building that I live in. It seems as if some maintenance, alarm, or something is broken constantly.

The community is perfect for not needing a vehicle. Everything is within walking distance. The amenities are gorgeous and resort style. The staff is friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help you.

For the money, I think other apartment complexes give a quieter and better living environment. 704 is too overpriced for the value.
We do have apartment homes not facing Lamar if you would be interested in transferring. The 704 offers very competitive rates for the area. I would love an opportunity to discuss your concerns. I hope you have a great week!

The community was very well maintained. The features were phenomenal; I really liked the Aqua lounge and the the roof top area. The leasing professional was very enthusiastic in his presentation. He was also very engaging and appealing in presenting the apartment to me.

Good community for a good price. It's a little further out of the action than I would like sometimes, but that isn't something you can do anything about.

The community is beautiful and uses the land space very well. The design and layout of the apartment home I viewed was spectacular. Attention to detail was very apparent. I loved the decor, with murals of Willie Nelson and Doc's.

Parking and towing rules are atrocious
We are so sorry to hear you feel that way. We at The 704 enforce towing to allow more parking for residents due to our location, we would not have parking without these rules in place due to the volume of people in downtown Austin. We do have plenty of parking because of these rules. For any concerns, please contact us at the office. We would love to discuss this with you and find a solution.
