The noise is ridiculous. Aside from the stomping from above, there is a garbage truck that comes at 0300. The maintenance men drag the dumpsters across the parking lot as early as 0600. The parking is awful. People do not clean up after their dogs and the elevators, grounds, and yards are always full of urine and feces.
We are so sorry you are feeling this way. Unfortunately, we are required to allow the garbage truck services to empty out the property trash to ensure it does not overflow. We set the company hours of service at a later time everyday to insure the noise does not disturb morning sleep. Our maintenance staff does clean the property all day to ensure a tighty community. We want you to have as clean of an environment as possible so these services are required.
Because we are not a condo spec community, we can not a guarantee you will not hear faint noise during the day. One thing that I would suggest is to transfer to a top floor apartment facing away from the businesses. This is a way to minimize the noise levels. This is a way to reduce worry about upstairs neighbors as well. Maintenance staff is continuously cleaning the hallways, sometimes even twice a day, due to the issues with pet owners allowing their pets to use the restrooms in the hallways recently. Because of this issue, we are implementing a pet DNA service in which we can identify who's pet it is causing the issue. We are requesting everyone to contact the courtesy officer if you witness someone allowing their pets to use the restroom in the hallways and/or not picking up from their pet in general. We at The 704 are dedicated to finding different avenues to ensure you have a comfortable and happy home. Please let me know what we can do to help you.

I would not recommend it because I am scared to walk alone around the 704 outside because a crazy woman poured her drink on me randomly in broad daylight. I was not followed up with making sure I was okay or telling me the steps that were done to prevent this again. There have been car break ins when our cars should be safe, parking is inconvenient to ever have any guests over ever.

I wanted personally thank you for your recent survey and address your current concerns listed. We work diligently to make sure you have prime parking in your area which is why we select curtain floors for guest parking. Our tow company works around the clock to ensure you have diligent parking by removing those whom are incorrectly parked in all measures. The space sizes mimic those downtown parking spaces to ensure more parking. These parking spaces are inspected before final approval.

To pinpoint your concern of safety, we have hired two courtesy officers to ensure police presence on site. These courtesy officers are on each side of the community and are on constant patrol. We have cameras set in different areas as well.

Our main priority is your happiness. We are so happy to have you at The 704. If there is any further concerns please let us know.

The building seems like it's on the decline with the general state of repair with the public areas + entrances. Also, the lack of a user friendly way to allow guests into the building is a real headache that I would not wish on anyone. Yet these could all be easily addressed!!

I would recommend to younger folks, not older senior citizens due to parking issues and elevator malfunctions. Also one elevator is not enough, when someone is moving in or out, it is impossible. When I moved in, I had to pay my movers $100 an hour to wait for the elevator because others were moving in as well, which was costly.

I would highly recommend the community to anyone. The customer service was awesome and the community was beautiful. The location was great and fit our needs nicely. The leasing agent tailored her presentation around my needs and matched how the community tailored to them. It was a great sales presentation and the community was kept up nicely. I felt as if I were talking to a friend. I would recommend the community to anyone and everyone.

The community sits in a great location and has amazing staff and a great product for your buck. I would definitely lease from here, and should I be looking to move to this area in the future, I will certainly consider this community. I like that it is around a lot, yet when you get inside, it feels extremely private. I also love that it is close to downtown and the greenbelt.

Due to the lack of sound proofing in apartments I would not recommend this complex. Tenants seem complacent, dog park is embarrassing, and walls are to thin. downstairs pool is a little paradise though. For what's expected from tennants price wise it doesn't fit the expectations set.
CWS Apartments purchased The 704 in August of this year (2015). We apologize for the issues you are having. We understand there can be noise transfers in apartment living. We will address all issues that are reported. We look forward to all the many improvements coming to The 704 this year and next.
