This a great apartment community. The only caution I would have for new residents would be the units facing South Lamar Blvd ... as the traffic noise is extreme at times. This could be corrected if the units with bedrooms facing South Lamar had double pained windows.

Noisy on the top floor because of AC units on the roof. They also cause vibrations throughout the apartment. I still have toilets I have to turn the water off to because the flapper valves won't be replaced by maintenance.

I would have leased at the community based on Bradley's presentation. Bradley led the community tour and was able to stick to the answers I provided when he asked me probing questions. Bradley presented a kind and open demeanor and appeared to genuinely want the best home for me.

Not only are these comfortable and spacious apartments with wonderful office staff and maintenance staff, the location for access to major highways, restaurants, shopping, lake activities, downtown and surrounding communities cannot be compared to other apartment complexes

The staff is lovely, the pool and gym are great, the building and apartment are just not my cup of tea. I feel like I'm living in a giant dorm with a lot of neighbors still in that college/party mindset. Perhaps it's the part of the building I live in. I wouldn't stop someone from moving in, but I would for sure make sure they understood what they were getting into.

Rent is a bit high for current Austin market to inventory ratio, but otherwise great community.
