I thought the agent did a great job. The property was beautiful, the amenities were wonderful, and I was impressed. I did like how much convenience the property offered, including proximity to the train.

I sincerely thought that my identifiying needs as a prospective tenant had been met specifically. The leasing professional showed a genuine level of care and concern in determining what those needs were, She mentioned how much easier life would be at Montclair Residences; with the 24hr access to amenities, online resident services, the daily support of management on-site. Not to mention the absolutely fabulous apartments. I felt it was a very comforting place to call home and one that I would be glad to call that!

This is a lovely community with great amenities, ideally located close to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. I felt the rent was average, taking into consideration the amenity fees. I would recommend this community and could see myself living here. The leasing professional was personable and relatable.

The building was very nice. The apartment was small for the price. The proximity to transportation and amenities was good.

The community was well planned, constructed and managed. It was very clean, secure and inviting. Being adjacent to Montclair train station was a big advantage.
