The building was nice but did not wow me. The agent was very good at trying to customize the apartments for me. There seemed to be a rapport between residents and the staff that was friendly.

Overall, the community was well maintained and clean. It was definitely a location I would live in as well as recommend to others. It was centrally located so that you are close to major highways as well as walking distance to supermarket, stores and restaurants.

The community was nice, but did not really impress me that much because it was pretty much the same as anyplace else.

I liked the tour and felt the leasing professional gave me the ideal tour. He explained the building, the apartment, and the neighborhood in great detail. Above all else, the community was in perfect order. I was truly impressed.

We really enjoyed our time at the property. The staff has always been courteous, friendly, and attentive to our needs. We would have stayed longer! However, we were looking for more room and the market rent didn t fit our financial objectives.

If I was a city person, this is an excellent location. The property layout and decor are fantastic, offering a fitness center, conference room access to WiFi inside and eventually outside on the beautiful pool patio. The dog park is exceptional. You did not feel like you were in a congested location within the community. Parking and fees added to the expensive rental fees.

This property has impeccable amenities and a lot to offer someone who could afford it. The price is quite high but there is much to offer, including the fact that it is literally steps from the train station into NYC. The property was clean, modern, and inviting. The pool and other amenities were quite inviting and impressively clean.

This is a well maintained and modern environment. The amenities available cater to people with active and diverse lifestyles. This community is well organized and has a dependable management company, which offers perks not available at other apartment communities. I believe that this is a safe and beautiful place to live and relax.

I must say I was very impressed with this apartment facility because approaching the building the grounds were immaculate and well-kept. The exterior looked amazing. I liked that you had to be buzzed in to enter the building as a guest, yet as a tenant, you have access to the doorman service. The inside was in excellent condition and nicely furnished in the lobby area and the offices. The elevator was clean as well as the hallways to the apartment. The tenants I came across for the moment I was there seemed to be very friendly. In seeing the apartment, I was totally blown away by the walk-in closets, spacious two bedrooms with connecting bathroom and the bathroom with the shower attached to it. I found the choice of bathroom accessories and furniture to be perfect. The apartment had a lot of wall sockets, which is so needed. I liked the location of the apartment overlooking the barbecue pit/lounge area outside where there would be plenty of sun entering the apartment. I liked all the benefits that come with living at the facility from 24 hour emergency service to brand new kitchen appliances, to garbage and recycling being picked up at your door. I was so happy to see that the washer/dryer was in a room off the kitchen inside the apartment. I liked that there was a pool, fitness room with all the equipment on-site. The benefits to renting were outstanding. If I were looking for a place to live, I would definitely have chosen this place. It is just gorgeous. The customer service was exceptional in that the gentleman was professional, polite, friendly and very social. He spoke on a personal level to a certain extent so as to connect with me, which was very refreshing. This person was very knowledgeable about the apartments and all the benefits involved.

I can honestly say I would love to live at this community.

Everything was first class at this community. The only disappointment was the size of the bedroom.

My perception of the property was very favorable. I could see myself living at the community. It had a very modern decor and offered accommodations to fit the new expectations of modern living, integrating both style and technology. The staff I came across acknowledged me and made me feel welcome and almost at home just with a smile and a hello.
