This was a beautiful community. It had a lot of amenities to offer.

I was impressed with this community and what it had to offer. The amenities were very appealing and in excellent condition. The leasing agent did a good job of tailoring the tour towards my likes and dislikes.

It felt like a home. Everyone seemed really nice and like they were there to help. Everyone had a smile on their face.

I thought the rent was too high for such a small apartment.

The staff was informative and helpful. I enjoyed my tour.

I have never felt at the high level I did when I visited this building. I really admired and was mesmerized of the quality of everything, starting with the agent who was superb at her job. What a kind and nice person she is! Throughout the entire visit, she gave me all her attention and help. The agent and community were exceptional.

The community was very nice. I felt secure and comfortable. The community was contemporary style living. The train station was right behind the building and out the back gate.

I was very pleased during my tour of the community. I felt like I was on vacation when touring the various amenities on the property. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. The apartment I toured was very comfortable. My only concern was that the living area was a bit small. I would lease at the community because it offered every amenity I was looking for.

The future resident parking signs need to be a lot clearer. The property showed well and it was well kept. The proximity of the community to transportation is amazing and that is a huge selling point.

My one and only complaint is parking. My mother came to drop off groceries and received a ticket. A friend of mine parked in the garage for 3 hours and was towed. I had to pay 253.00 to roach towing and a 50.00 ticket to Montclair police. For what we pay here and a building of this size people are going to have guests. IT seems wherever I tell them to park they end up getting a ticket or getting towed. I am wondering as a community if each resident could chip in 1-3 dollars per month toward their rent to free up a few parking spots outside the building somewhere or even in the garage area which only a resident would be able to let them in to park. The garage never seems completely full and parking especially overnight for our guests in next to impossible. Ive tried the train station, Pathmart, everywhere you can think of and no matter where they end up parking the night or morning comes with a ticket or tow warning. This is a problem.

One of the most appealing features of this community was the location to transportation, like the parkways. The train station had a stop directly behind the building. The luxury features and amenities were state-of-art. There was a grocery market nearby, but other shopping or entertainment was not within walking distance.

The agent was attentive to my needs, as a potential resident. The amenities that were available were in new condition, as well as appealing. The apartment was spacious, inviting and welcoming.

Great layout, convenient commute to work and city, just wish there was more guest parking.

This is a beautiful, well maintained property in a very desirable location. The amenities are fabulous. The apartment felt like a vacation home.

The staff appeared to be hard working, diligent, and caring, and this shows in the way the property interior and exterior are kept. The sales staff appear to be well trained as they are knowledgeable, helpful, and caring.
