The place is beautiful. The living room has plenty of space. The layout flows very nicely. I do not like the idea of having the walk-in closet in the bathroom. Also, I did not like the small area considered to be the linen closet. The building itself is maintained very well. Landscaping is kept up-to-date. All the other common areas were nice and clean. The free WiFi is a great bonus so is the trash valet service.

This is a gorgeous community, with beautiful and very modern apartments. The kitchen have gorgeous granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The bathroom and closets are spacious and area. Also the washer/dryer is well placed and separated in the bathroom. Well thought out and designed apartments. There is a gorgeous and inviting outdoor grill and seating area that one can hang out in. It is close to shopping and commute to the city. A definite must see location.

I would rate the overall apartment and amenities to be average. The price points were a bit much, considering the location. The appealing feature would be direct connect to the train station. The staff seemed to work very closely together and had created a family environment.

When I arrived for my appointment and later saw that both associates were available, I wondered why it was seemingly more difficult to get an appointment. If I did not push, I would not have gotten the appointment on Monday afternoon, but later in the week on Wednesday as the next open appointment.

I found the community to be beautiful, well-kept, and there were a lot of standard amenities available for residents. The most appealing thing about this community was its location--it's right next to the New Jersey Transit train station, which is almost impossible to find unless you're in a bigger city. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and gas stations within reasonable distance. Bloomfield Avenue is right down the road, and the Garden State Parkway is a five-minute drive, which will take you anywhere in New Jersey. The community itself is very inclusive, offering a pool, a clubhouse you can rent out for parties or other events, and an all access fitness center. The staff will help you with whatever you need, and if what you're looking for isn't immediately available, they will work with you until you're satisfied. They offer several incentives that make it all about their residents, including a wonderful seven-day move in special, a 24-hour guarantee on any maintenance orders, and a convenient transfer program if you're ever unhappy with your current apartment. In conclusion, if you can afford it, the community would be a great place to live.

The worst office hours, ever.

A two star apartment building, trying to be four stars. And why on earth do you change the hours after daylight savings time? It's the holiday season and no one can get home to get their packages before the office closes. I asked the office for the reason once, they said it was so they could show apartments in the daylight. Let me clue you in, the sun sets at 4:30 around here in the winter. That is just a lame excuse to close early. Stop being so lazy.

The community was great for someone looking for decent place, in a nice neighborhood, with proximity to highways, shopping areas and business district. They had all luxury amenities, and were managed by reputable company. You get luxury living, a small city of its own, and have social life too. The rent is affordable, and they have spacious floor plans.

I was very impressed with the apartment and the building facilities. They were top notch and I could see myself being comfortable there. The leasing professional was a great sales person. He was informative, engaging, and clearly ready to be of service. He was assertive about renting the apartment but not obnoxious. For the environment, he was a perfect combination of salesman and concierge. He definitely gave the impression that comfort and service would part of the package if I lived there.

I found the property most impressive, however the parking situation is an issue. I first parked in front of the building and was warned that I could get a ticket and that I should park, on the side of the building. While a resident might not have an issue, having company over for a holiday could create grief.

I found the building to be extremely beautiful. The leasing agent was extremely helpful. Even though the prices were not what I would normally look for in an apartment, he managed to explain things in a appealing way that I stopped caring about the fees. It just made sense to move there. He also was genuine and great to talk to. He made sure to connect with me as more than just an applicant.

Parking at this site is convenient for residents and their guests, but if you are just visiting, there was no off-street parking or parking in the community garage. I was told to park in a driveway that led to the garage to the right, but a dead end straight ahead. The model was beautifully decorated and it was city living environment.

The community would be a nice place to call home. They definitely know what comfort and peace of mind is, from the common lounge, business center I would not need to leave home to take care of things at the office. Relaxing at the pool or getting my workout in at the fitness center. The apartment had everything I needed, such as the washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and stainless steel stove and refrigerator. There were spacious bedrooms and patios and lots of closet space. They had thought of everything, from granite counter tops to intrusion alarms. There was a comfortable atmosphere at the community.
