It's a quite community. The apartments are so incredibly nice and spatious. onto my second year living here. I really like it.

This property seems to offer great accommodations and amenities. It seems to be very quiet, and in a good location for shopping and traveling with easy access to I-40. Parking appears to be good with a lot of spaces available.

I had a great feeling as I entered the property because it looked well cared for. Everything looked luxurious and colorful with attention paid to design. The staff was helpful and very friendly to me, making me feel welcome there. The clubhouse was beautiful and resembled a resort lodge. I just thought everything was in great shape and the pricing was reasonable for what you get.

I was very impressed with the leasing professional. She was genuine, sincere, interested in my needs, friendly and not pushy. She also answered my questions truthfully and showed the community with pride. The pool was being resurfaced and they had a pending license for an onsite theater.

I really liked The Lodge at Southpoint. The area was nice, and the clubhouse was beautiful. The leasing professional did a great job of making me feel welcome and showing off the best parts of the community. Overall, I think she did a great job.
