It's a very nice place to live, but you pay for the location.

I was not shown any amenities. The leasing agent was nice, but not thorough in her tour.

The community was nice but a little expensive. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was courteous and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable. I feel living there would be a very good experience. It is within walking distance of shopping and dining. The amenities fill in for what is missing in everyday living and comfort.

The price for the two bedroom floor plan was fair. Also, there were a lot of additional fees attached on to an already healthy rental rate. The guest bedrooms were small in certain floor plans. The location, community amenities and the upgraded flooring and counter tops were the only pros I could understand paying that rental amount for.

Its a nice community in the opportunity. Its right off of 40 and in the middle of a growing area in Durham. Convenient location to shopping areas and entertainment. Great personable staff, and nice facilities. The maintenance staff is thorough and quick with requests. The online maintenance requests makes those requests easy to file.

The property showed well. The apartment layout was very attractive.

Great location, ALL staff are polite and efficient and are happy to go the extra mile to make sure everything is right.

I have lived at the Lodge for over 2 years. It has been a decent place to live. It is convenient to the mall and target.
I do not like the renewal of lease online....... it takes away from the customer service aspect and personal attention that each tenant deserves. It is also confusing.

Overall this was a pleasant community. The apartments use of space was superior to most, and the amenities were on par with the better communities.

The community is absolutely appealing. It is very well kept and it is beautiful. It is close to everything a renter needs. The apartment I viewed was decorated tastefully. The apartment was roomy and exciting. I would definitely keep the community in mind and recommend it to friends.

The amenities were spectacular and the pricing was a great value. The community pride was very prevalent in the leasing professional and how well maintained the community was. I have already suggested this property today to a fellow co-worker.
