The leasing agent was attentive and friendly. The community and the apartments were very nice and inviting. The property was very clean and well maintained.

The community was nice and the apartment I saw was good, but did not stand out to me in any way. The employee who helped me was perfectly fine, but also did not really rise above and beyond in any way. I was not offered a tour of any of the amenities. I did not feel any urgency to lease, nor did I feel a compelling reason to choose this community. It was acceptable in every way, except that the landscaping was really lovely. Nothing stood out.

You can hear EVERYTHING bed springs creaking, conversations, walking Fixtures spew dirty, debris filled water from time to time. Very clean at move in with new carpet. Maintenance is very prompt and professional.

I have lived at The Lodge at Southpoint for two and a half years now. In that time, I have ALWAYS been greeted with friendly, helpful staff in the office no matter what my needs were. Every maintenance order I put in is promptly and completely fixed. I have had absolutely zero negative issues. When I went to switch to a different apartment last summer, I missed a deadline and the office staff worked with me, going above and beyond to find something that met my needs and not once acted like I was inconveniencing them. The fitness facilities are better than most apartment complexes, the pool area is an excellent place to hang out, grill, and enjoy the warm months, and the community is very friendly and conveniently located to Southpoint. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a place to live in this area consider this complex.

The property looked new even though it was 13 years old. The landscaping and grounds were maintained well. The staff was pleasant.

Overall it's pretty quite which is nice, as far as what I pay monthly I don't feel the staff has the greatest guest services skills and I've had the same problem with my fridge twice now and the first time they marked the wall and didn't clean it off. I don't have to many reason to go in the office but when I do I see why I try to avoid it.

The property was well maintained. The clubhouse tastefully decorated. The fitness center had a large number of equipment. The model home was tastefully decorated.

We love living here. The Lodge is a perfect spot. The apartment is wonderful and the location of the property could not be more perfect. Everything you need is near by. As for the staff in charge, they are friendly, helpful, and very efficient. So pleasant to deal with. The caretakers do a wonderful job taking care of the property. We never worry about how it will look. We could not be happier living anywhere else in Durham. If I had one complaint it would be for them to put in more modern appliances to keep up with the times...ours are kinda old.

I really like the apartment design and location. The heat isolation could be better, and appliances and cabinets could be newer. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the service provided by the community staff and administration and the apartment.

The leasing consultant was professional and easy to work with.

Wonderful staying at lodge

Its great, great amenities, great neghibors, great upkeep, and friendly staff. Just be careful because the rent takes a serious hike after the first year
