The community was beautiful and very well maintained. The pool has upgrades with the landscaping which gives it a resort style look. The pool area is very large and I love that it has saltwater instead of chlorine. The apartments are very nice, spacious, and convey a warm feeling of comfort. The community is quiet and I love the movie theater room.

Property nice!! Office staff rude!

I would tell them that the property is nice and the pool is wonderful, however the office staff is rude and unprofessional and it is very difficult to get a response from them when answers or concerns are brought to their attention.

Nice place to live. However, if you dont like pets the lodge can be your worst nightmare!

The lodge is an awesome place to stay. However, if you are not a fan of pets it can be your worst nightmare. A lot of residents let their pets run around with a leash, even though there is a dog park available. You have to be careful when you are taking a stroll around the neighborhood, because there is dog poop everywhere. After complaining over and over again about this situations, the problem still remains.
If these situations were handled properly, this would be a 5 diamond neighborhood.
Besides all of that I lovvvvveeeee the lodge!

We do employ a company who's sole job is to patrol the property for pet waste. We will pass this information on to them. Additionally, if you are able to identify anyone not picking up after their pet, I would love for you to share that information. Sometimes, just one pet owner is responsible for making all of our pet owners look bad! We do love pets at The Lodge but we hope that all of our pet owners would be mindful of others and what their pets leave behind....

efficient but staff lack some supervision i was sent a notice for nonpayment of storage that i never rented.also a bill

good living in a very safe environment. well maintained and friendly. proximity to shopping centers and services is a plus

10% increase in rent is NOT fair

The apartment layouts are great and the staff is very friendly. I have very much enjoyed living here for the past 8 months. However I just received notice that my rent is going up 10%!!!! My pay will increase by only 2% this year. A 10% increase is not fair or reasonable when the cost of living is increasing by 3% or less. Unless the rent is adjusted I would not encourage anyone to live here.

The community is located in a great area. Near a lot of restaurants. The location is between the mall and a Super Target.

Good but too expensive

Good but there are things that most of the people who live here don't like, like the service for the garbage and the cars that park in the middle of the road beacuse they don't want to look for a spot, and they just want to park accross their door.
Also when it rains, the floor looks like a pool, instad painting the white marks a the parking lot, you could fix that since ithere is always water and it is very inconvenient.

Great place to live!

I love living at the Lodge at Southpoint. It is usually very quiet and everyone is friendly. The front office staff are helpful and always try to answer my questions or find the answer if they do not know. The maintenance staff are absolutely the best I have ever had in particular one person, Aaron. He gets it! His level of customer service is great and he understands about delivering the best service he possibly can. Also, the newest kid (can't remember his name right now) does a great job. He always is eager to help. He is young and new here but he seems to know what he's doing. I can't always say that for some others.

The presentation was fair, but not remarkable. The amenities were quite appealing and did not really necessitate over-detailed introductions.

great place to live;

No place for comments: The trash system was a disaster as far as explaining that this was an additional service and the timing could not have been planned to start at a worse time. Lots of people had left for vacation for the holiday and your first notice did not explain that this was not an optional service. Could have been done better. Give you a 2 out of 5 for this roll out.

Okay living but a bit pricey

you always hear the neighbors upstairs walking, very thin floors/ceilings!

The apartments was very spacious. My only recommendations would be to add more amenities to the community.

wonderful appartment, good maintance, bad staff

the apartment is fantastic. I was less than satisfied with the processing of my application and move in process. also my monthly bill is very variable and much higher than what i was quoted when originally looking because of all of the hidden fees!
Add $60-100 on to what they tell the rent will be
