I am so sorry for your frustration. We do have major plans to renovate the hallways, elevators, gym, clubroom and lobby. We are also offering apartment interior refinishes.

Start by saying concierge is more than helpful. Building is clean. Pricing is great. However, parking situation is absolute nightmare. 45(rough guess) guest spots for a 30 story apartment building. In order for friends or family to visit they must a)pray spot is open b)walk to concierge C) walk back to car to place pass d)walk back to concierge to let them up elevators. 10 minute process minimum. More than likely zero spots are open and they must pay $5 to park at the hotel (call me cheap, but pretty crazy to pay for guests to visit your home). The entire process for a guest to visit needs to be streamlined and rebuilt from scratch. As much as I love living here. I would never recommend due to hassle of having company over and will not be renewing lease.

Over all this community is not what I would consider "Luxury living" half the time, the gates to parking deck do not work as well. One gate you have to use your key card to exit parking deck but the other gate you can leave without using key card? What is the purpose of this? Please refer to statements above.

The lack of guess parking is a huge issue.

Again, we signed our lease after seeing the model apartment. We knew we were not getting a renovated unit. But it does not meet expectations of how much we are paying rent.
