I did not see enough of the community, especially since the pool was very important to me but was never asked. The leasing professional was very business oriented and did not determine my specific concerns.

See above, basically I don't feel the management cares about the residents and their comfort (views them as profit alone) and the prices are reflective of the value you receive.

I would warn them of the parking situation
Thank you so much for taking the time to fill out our survey regarding your living experience at M789. I appreciate your candid feedback. We understand your frustration regarding the lack of guest parking. Our Valet Parking has been very helpful in managing the parking spots for our guests. I do understand that the fee to park may not be desirable.
We are continuing to work on solutions for the guest parking and will keep you posted on any new updates.

To have anything completed on the building aspect as far as the "coffee lounge" takes enormous amounts of time. I still have to email stating the upgrades would be completed the first of the new year. Well it's middle of March and the lounge is not done.
Thank you so much for the feedback. Yes, this took much longer than expected but we know it will be worth the wait! In the meantime, we still have coffee in the clubroom and the current business center is still available for use. We hope you'll love the new cyber lounge! Thanks again for sharing your thoughts!

I don't like the noise from 400 or the air conditioner noise on and from the balcony. Renovations are not impressive (common areas). Elevator service is better but i have no confidence that consistent availability will continue.

The parking would not be attractive especially since they are now charging residents for parking and guest to pay for valet on the weekends.
We're sorry you're not happy with the valet service. The valet was added to help manage the guest parking and provide a service for guests. The fee is only $5 and we are working on streamlining the process to make things easier for everyone. Thank you, we appreciate your feedback!

Parking is god awful

The new owners of M789 have completed extensive upgrades and they were impressive.The level of professionalism from the leasing professional at this community was above average. I would be pleased to refer this community to others.

Hidden destructed areas

The main entrances and lobbies are very pleasant looking and appealing. However, this community doesn't fix the areas that are not shown in the future resident tours. The parking garages, which is only meant for current residents to see, looks like a disaster. The garage elevator floor has cracked tile, walls need to be painted, key access works when it wants to, gate closes back extremely slow, tile floor needs replacing at the back entrance, and not to mention the extremely limited parking for guests.
Thank you for your feedback. We do have plans to make repairs to the parking garage. We recently completed the renovations of the interior passenger elevators and we will be replacing the flooring in the garage elevator. We are also finalizing our plans for valet service in the guest parking area and hope you will see great improvements. Please reach out to us for any additional concerns you may have. We have many improvements scheduled for the building and are open to share our plans.

The rent goes up as the community is going down.
Thank you for the feedback. I would love to speak with you in more detail about your concerns. We have a lot of great new residents moving in and great long term residents living in the building. We're renovating the building and adding beautiful new finishes to the homes as well. Thank you again for the feedback, hopefully you'll see value in our building investments and see positive changes.

Their could have been better signage stating you needed to go to Park Tower to get into M789. The property is nice. Love the lobby, lounge, concierge, stores. If I played tennis, I would love the courts as well. The pool is nice. This community is somewhere I would happily live.
