I would recommend this community because i feel safe when there is a concierge and also there are atleast 3 times the access card needs to be scanned before someone reaches my door.

the elevators are embarrassing and and the hallway carpets always look dirty. it doesnt make me want for my friends to see where i live

Enjoy the community, but find the lack of guest parking to be a deterrent.

I would only recommend it as convenient to GA400, hospitals and mall. Otherwise, I would not recommend it because I won't even let my friends come visit me because I am ashamed of the foyer because it is dirty and smells bad almost all the time.

Would not recommend for the following reasons: Thin walls (you can hear your neighbor snoring), sliding doors above each unit are annoying when someone is opening and closing every 5 mins, guest parking is a nightmare, odors seep under your door and permeate your walls, if your neighbor has a dog your unit smells like you have one. ETC. I would recommend for the view and suggest living in the penthouse ONLY
