The rent is too high, all 3 elevators barely work, tiles broken throughout the whole building, including elevators in lobby & garage.

Non-renovated apartment so has an older feel, smoke smell gets into your apartment, no guest parking, elevators are slow.

The community needed a full renovation. The apartments and hallways had a foul odor. There were holes in the walls in the fitness center, common areas and office entrance. It should not be at its price point until renovations are completed. The agent was great and attentive.

I tell people to NOT move here. Parking is the worst problem, the elevators seem to have trouble working consistently. The foyer rugs are disgusting. The entire place needs to be scrubbed with bleach.

When using the parking deck you are risking your life. Many people are too lazy to obey the signs and frequently drive the wrong way both on the ramps and on the thoroughfares. They also speed. I can not recommend living here when using the parking deck you risk so much.
I'm so sorry this has been a frustration for you. This is great feedback for a problem that we need to be aware of.
