This property was very clean and appealing. The amenities were inviting, and I loved the open space. It seemed like this was a quiet community.

The apartments are a great value. The amenities were more than what I expected. I love the theater room; it was very well done and felt like a personal mini theater, and it even had a popcorn machine.

The community was just beautiful. It had a resort feel to it and was very relaxing. The flowers and fountain at the entrance were very nice. It made you feel comfortable and relaxed. The clubhouse was spacious and well appointed. As I drove around, the grounds were beautiful. There seemed to be a lot of attention to detail. If I knew someone was looking in this area I would definitely recommend this property.

She was upbeat and enthusiastic and definitely had the desire to assist me in finding my new home. The leasing professional built her bridge to connect with me right from the first time we made eye contact, and that was when I walked through the front door. This community offered me everything I was looking for and gave very good value for the money they were asking. The leasing professional was very natural and engaging and held my interests above her own. The leasing professional spoke very highly of the management company and maintenance staff. The day I visited the wind was very strong and when I left, one of the lampposts outside the leasing office had blown over. The leasing professional, who had walked me outside the office, called the maintenance staff immediately. Within a short while, they had arrived and got to work on it.
I would be exceptionally happy to call the community my new home and would recommend anyone to do the same.

I sensed a genuine desire on behalf of the onsite to assist me as a future resident. She was professional and accommodating.
