These are really nice apartments. I love the area and the grounds are very beautiful. The presentation was a little rushed, however the model was beautiful. I would possibly rent here.

I would probably tell them to look somewhere else.

Office staff is disorganized. Get different responses from different people in the office. Then when I follow the direction of one staff member, I get notices on my door that I've done something incorrectly. They need to get their act together.

They are also pretty rude and impatient with tenants. I see a lot of people moving out and very few moving in.

Better than most complexes.

Its great, staff its super friendly and helpful.

We have ask for the fireplace to be fix. It has been over 3 weeks and it is still not fix. We have complian over 3 times about the clothes washer leaving the clothes wet and nothing has been done.
I would love to pay my rent the way you repair items.

The first impression of the leasing office and grounds was very positive.

The community was clean and well maintained throughout. The leasing professional gave a commendable tour, showing features that met my needs and detailing benefits as she showed them. She did not ask for my name or use it during the tour and did not introduce herself, both of which would have created more rapport.

The apts. here are OK - nothing "special - I would tell then that in my apt., the carpeting is almost worn out; the concrete stairs up to my third floor level are dirty (I have requested power washing many months ago) and at the very least are in need of being swept (food, candies and other small items stuck in steps or in the cracks. **The exterior side of the windows in my apartment are so dirty that I can hardly see out of them when the sun shines on them in late afternoon!! SHAME ON management/owners of this complex that exterior window washing is obviously NOT a priority!! It is obvious to me (as someone who sold her home of 15 years and washed windows as part of the necessary cleaning chores), and I would wager, that these windows have NEVER been washed since the day this complex was built .... and that is apprx. 8 years ago, correct?? I asked the head maintenance person if they could be washed so i can see out of them without seeing the (ugly) grey film coating them, and the reply was "you are not the only resident to be asking me this - but I will tell you now, it will not happen." **Management charges us cleaning deposits, pet deposits, etc. and expects us to take care of the condition of our apartment.... yet washing the outside of the windows every 2 years (1 year would obviously be asking too much!!) isn't a priority?? I guess the owners would rather pocket more profit than spending just a little more to maintain ALL ASPECTS of this complex that is advertised as "LUXURY apartment living." :(

This was a very nice community that was well taken care of.

The community was spotless and inviting. The apartment was comfortable, but small. It was upgraded and attractive with a nice patio. The agent made the presentation with sincerity and enthusiasm. She was warm and knowledgeable, made a personal connection and seemed genuinely happy to be showing off the property. This community has nice amenities, is well located and would be a pleasing place to call home.

The apartment community was beautiful and very well kept. The amenities were ordinary and didn't stand out from what other communities offer. I would rent here due to the cleanliness and security that is offered.

The apartments are very nice, with open floor plans and bathrooms with oval tubs.

I thought the community was striking in its appearance. The buildings seem to have been well-maintained, and the entire area was extremely clean without so much as a scrap of paper or any kind of debris seen anywhere on the premises that I toured.
