Apartments are clean and well taken care of. Staff is always very pleasant and easy to talk to. They resolve any issues quickly and work with your schedule. I would say units are above average but not top tier in terms of luxury. Overall I highly recommend this complex

Aspen Ridge is a beautiful community however the front desk staff is just for show. They do not acknowledge any wrong doing and simply pass any error or wrong doing to the resident.

Overall, everything looks good. The apartments are really nice, but a little pricey.

Nice apartments, horrible maintenance and office staff!

The staff was often incompetent. Things rarely got fixed in a timely manner. When I moved out, they were incredibly unhelpful and took over a month to get my deposit back.

between the parking situation and the poor mainenance of the apartment our stay has not been pleasant. We moved in and the carpet was not cleaned, just vacuumed. The house smelled of old food smells. It took 4 weeks to get the smell of old food out of the living room area and the kitchen. When we moved in the water heater was leaking, and took 2 visits from maintenance to fix it and the fix was simply getting the water to stop leaking then throw paint on the ruined floor boards and dry wall instead of replacing the problem areas. 2 weeks after moving in many of the light bulbs went out and we had to replace them and the batteries in the smoke detectors died around the same time. These are all things that should have been checked before we moved into our luxury apartment. Also the grounds are horrible around our building. The other dog owners do not clean up after their pets leaving tons of feces all over the lawn area. There are dead and muddy spots all around our building making it hard to walk our dogs and keep them clean. Our big dog already came down with Giardia from one of the many muddy puddles requiring her to be taken to the vet. There is also a great deal of noise from our neighbors recently. Over all I can t wait to move and I will not look back on my time here with happiness.

Cops are there all the time .Walls are paper thin and when you complain they do nothing .Spiders every where

The community amenities were slightly less than average. The fitness center facilities were worn and somewhat dated. I also was told by the leasing agent that the clubhouse was no longer available for rental.

Too much money, mediocre living!

The community itself was average, but had all the basic things you would need. The staff were more interested in trying to get a lease than explaining what the property offered.

These are very nice and upgraded apartment homes, with features beyond that of a basic apartment. The floor to ceiling living room mirror and the floor to ceiling bookcases, are really nice features that you just do not find in your average apartment. These little touches make the apartment feel more like a home. Even with these extras, the pricing is very reasonable. It seems like a great value.

The leasing professional was very friendly, made eye contact, and had the conversation going the whole tour. The price was fair for the area and amenities offered. Nothing special stood out in regards to apartment features or clubhouse amenities. The area and landscaping were clean and back off the road. I would highly recommend this community to friends based on the leasing presentation and apartment pricing.

Parking is atrocious - Beware - if your building backs to a main street like Tower or Iliff (one sided parking building) then you will have an extremely difficult time finding a parking place. if you have ever been to the mall during holidays, it is like that - cars circling or just plain idling waiting for a spot. or giving up and parking across the street. Oh the garages are by waiting list and can also be used for storage by anyone, so people from other buildings can take a spot by your building.

Second - buildings are NOT wired for Comcast, you HAVE TO use Centurylink and DirecTv or Dish. Speeds are throttled, connection drops all the time, etc. While not specifically the apartment's fault - because that is your ONLY option I think everyone should be aware BEFORE signing a lease!

The apartment is just ok - stairs are disgusting with piles of bird dodo on hand railings. Every apartment is next to stairs so you can hear running or fat people going up and down - thankfully it is not a constant problem. Another thing - the floors are uneven! I bring this up because you bed will have to be adjusted are it will rock back and forth, you sofa and dining table will rock - it is that obvious!! Don't be fooled - tile is single peel and stick and in high traffic areas will constantly come up.

You can hear the people above you - I happen to be above people that NEVER leave, drop things all the time and run laps in their apartment.

Overall, this place is lipstick on a pig! The models look nice but once you move in you start to see it for what it is - just a place to live. Maintenance has been responsive, office folks are unengaged - exemplary customer service it is not! Only one person even acknowledges you when you walk into the office - the others look up and see you then go back to what they were doing.

As far as apartments go, it is a place to live. I won't call it ghetto but i don't know if I would call it luxury either. If you can handle the above then you will probably find it a decent place to live.
