The community was well maintained. The leasing professional was warm and friendly, with a smile at all times. She made me feel right at home. The amenities and the apartment community made this very affordable for a mid-size family.

I was impressed with the consultants product knowledge. It was apparent she had listened and taken notes, because she was ready to talk about an apartment when we arrived. She was professional and friendly and continually tried different closing techniques.

The community was nice. The model apartment had the ugliest kitchen cabinets, which should be addressed quickly.

The location of the community is what really stuck out for me as the airport was right there. A very nice community park across from the main entrance. Even though the airport and a major highway were close, I did not notice any noise coming from them, as the community is set back off from these just enough to make the difference. The apartment community itself offers everything that you would want in ways of amenities and assigned covered parking is a plus.

The community was nice, and the location was ideal. The community upkeep was good, and everything was nice, clean and looked fresh.

The community amenities were attractive and in excellent condition. The common areas were free of trash or debris and were well maintained. The leasing professional was pleasant and prepared when I arrived. She was comfortable and sincere and naturally affable. I would consider living in the community, and the pricing was fair for what I would receive. I would recommend this community to friends or family members.

The best way to express my feelings toward my experience at the community would be simply to say that even though I was only at that property to shop the leasing professional, I actually left with a desire to move-in to the property. I also left thinking that I could see the leasing professional as a friend to me. It was a great shop experience.

The leasing agent did a great job selling the community and the apartment. She met my needs and seemed to want to help me with my new home search.

The community was well maintained, but no washer/dryer was offered on the first floor even though they were offered on the second floor. The $500 discount offered for one apartment in one area and not offered for the exact same apartment in another area was hard to understand.

I really liked how the leasing professional took control of the tour. She pointed out the amenities as we walked towards the apartment. The community features shown were well-kept and attractive although I expected more.

The apartment is very costly but I would recommend for customers that could afford the price. It did have everything I was looking for. It was clean and professional. The areas looked great to me.
