The community is nested in a very great area of Ontario. It is close to the freeway and to the airport. It is very calm and peaceful. The clubhouse is a nice touch and it is big. There is lots of staff. They are incredible. They truly try to fit you into a apartment that is right for your needs. The apartments are nice and upgraded. The hardwood flooring is a plus. It makes the apartment seem larger and cleaner. The floor plan is real neat. The bathroom area is neat. It has a large vanity.

The community was conveniently located. The grounds were well maintained. The staff was great.

I would have definitely rented the apartment based on the apartment amenities, the leasing consultants professionalism, attentiveness, and the way he remained engaged in our conversation throughout the tour. He was very detailed, able to answer all of my questions and provided several apartment options to choose from. He was also able to describe the features and benefits of living in the community.

The community was located near many local conveniences, including dining and shopping options. The floor plans offered were spacious in size. The renovated apartments were quite nice. The washer/dryer was a plus. The garage was also a plus. The leasing staff was friendly and helpful.

This was a lovely, quiet, close knit community. The community was surrounded by beautiful palm trees, local schools, shopping, dining and more.

I love the high ceilings, the privacy, the surprising quiet, the washer/dryer that were included and the remodeled kitchen area. The floor plan maximizes the space. The inside is attractive and I would be comfortable inviting people over to see the place. The leasing professional was friendly and helpful. The outside appeared clean and well maintained.

The community was very beautiful. I had a hard time rating the community since I did not see all the amenities. Amenities were important to me especially the gym and the hours the amenities were open. Overall the community would be comfortable to live at. I loved the patio and that the washer and dryer were on the patio instead of inside the apartment creating heat and noise.

The apartments were very quaint and were a mountain resort style of living. The community was full of life and, the large balconies over looking the pools and tennis courts were nice, and had a beautiful view of the city, depending which side an apartment faced. I liked that they had a 24 to 48 hour turn around for maintenance and the property manager lived on the property as well. The landscape was well manicured and it looked as if they cared about the property. The kitchen could be a bit larger but it was functional. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the community and the surrounding areas. The price was definitely reasonable for what was in the area.

The property was a nice property. They offered all the appliances, which was a plus, as well as a garage. The community looked well maintained and the amenities I saw were attractive. Overall, it was a decent community.
