The community had a lot of curb appeal. There was an attractive water feature in front of the leasing office and the landscaping was full of fresh greenery and flowers.

The amenities include the mainstays: the clubhouse, pool and barbecues; add on to that, a computer room, fitness center and tennis court, and you end up with a nice package of conveniences for the residents.

The apartment had some notable features, including a spacious bedroom, non-standard paint, a vanity area set apart from the bathroom and a spacious, private patio. Missing, unfortunately, were a washer/dryer hook up and a walk-in closet. Add these two features, and the apartment would have been spectacular. However, the reasonable rental amount balanced this out to some extent.

Although I felt the staff could have offered a little more TLC and a warmer personal connection, every staff member I met was unfailingly pleasant and courteous and exhibited nice, cheerful expressions.

I would preferred a more welcoming greeting. The greeting really set the tone of the tour. During the tour, I would have like to see the amenities. The apartment itself was very nice with an open floor plan, which I loved. My experience at this community was average.

The staff was great. I would suggest updating the cabinets in the kitchen but other than that the community was nice.

This is a beautiful property with a lot of attractive amenities. There are over 400 apartments, but they tried to make it seem smaller by giving the residents quick access to everything. There were seven laundry rooms and seven pools and jacuzzis conveniently located throughout. The staff was friendly and the apartments were attractive. I did not like the fact that the bathrooms in the two bedroom apartment had to be accessed from the bedrooms but she gave me a stylish and quick fix even for that. An elementary school was located directly across the street and a nice park was right next to the school. Everything was centrally located and seemed like an ideal place to live.

The apartment looked very dated. The appliances (dishwasher) looked years old. The cabinets had a really bad paint job. The kitchen was very small. The layout of the community and the landscaping was very nice.

The price is a bit high for what is offered. Considering all the apartments in the area and what they are offering, this seemed a little bit too much.

The presentation was great and the tour was awesome. As a real customer, I was very pleased with the presentation and the way I was treated.

The community was well-maintained and free from trash. The amenities were clean and in good condition. The leasing professional was polite and informative.

I was very satisfied with the sales presentation, professionalism, and effort made throughout the entire interaction with the leasing consultant.

The rental rate seemed a bit high considering it did not include a washer/dryer.

The community is located in a great area. It is in great proximity to shops, restaurants and freeway access. The staff was friendly and presented the property in a very appealing way.

I would probably lease here as the staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. And the location of the community was in a prime location freeways near by and the airport was surely a plus for those who travel a lot. The apartments were spacious and they had I think she said three are more laundry room that could accommodate the 404 apartments. This was great no waiting in line to wash your clothes.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The community was well maintained. As far as the model, it was nicely decorated overall. One thing I found to be a downside was the hours that the amenities were open, many of them coinciding with office hours. With the varied hours that people have nowadays, the fitness center hours were not very appealing. The consultant provided an excellent presentation throughout.

Park Centre is a place I would call home. The amenities were suitable (not the greatest, but also far from being the worst). The pool and spa was clean and very inviting. The business center looked more plain, and the fitness center could use some updating. The laundry room also had that laundry mat feel. However, the community looked clean and fresh and the community's pride seems to shine through. The apartment has some great features (lots of storage, larger bedroom, and has appliances). Customer service is on par as everyone that I came in contact with was friendly and energetic.

The community seemed private and convenient to a lot of shopping places and stores.
