I would have leased based on the way I was treated. The property was well taken care of by maintenance. I truly have never seen a lake that clean and the apartments were nice and showed well. The area seemed quiet and convenient to shops and dining around the area.

The community appeared to be clean and kept up. The outside appearance of the community appeared to be dated but was in good condition.

The agent was very pleasant and friendly. She made me feel comfortable from the start. The community itself seemed a little over priced for what it really was. I noticed the kitchen cabinets were dated and the counter tops were re-glazed with a granite looking spray. The faux wood looking vinyl was a nice touch.
