This planned community has everything to offer; adequate room with landscaping between apartment buildings that are not of a cookie-cutter variety. It continues inside with plenty of interior spacing and creative ceiling angles on the second floor which adds to a vibrant look in the one-bedroom modeled homes. Added to that is lush greenery that outlines the entire area from roadways to shopping center walkways.

This was a great community. It was very well maintained. It was on par with other luxury apartment communities in Irvine and Newport Beach but at a much better value.

The property is beautiful, well kept and I love the location. I feel it has excellent curb appeal. The shopping and restaurants are very convenient and I liked you don't have to go far. I like that the condition of the apartments and garage were clean and ready. I felt I could just move in right away.
