The community was like a neighborhood with a lot of trees and landscape to enjoy. The staff was friendly and the grounds were clean. There was plenty of parking and the apartment included a garage, central ac and a refrigerator. The cabinets looked new.

This was a tucked away yet very convenient community. It was well manicured and blended in with its surroundings. I would gladly recommend the community. The agent was thoughtful and friendly.

The price of the apartment for what was offered was acceptable. They were nice and clean and the surrounding area was beautiful and very close to freeways, a shopping center and other conveniences.

The one bedroom floor plan was very spacious and featured an in-apartment washer/dryer. However, the rental rates were slightly pricey. I may or may not recommend depending on circumstances.
