The property was appealing in every way. The leasing professional provided a very good presentation of the property in a way that piqued my interest in living there. I thought the price was a little high, but it could be worth it considering the amenities offered.

The community was very appealing and located within walking distance to a major shopping center, walking trails, community swimming pools and parks. The one bedroom floor plan was very spacious and featured an in-apartment washer/dryer. However, the rental rates were slightly pricey. I may or may not recommend depending on circumstances.

The good thing was there was plenty of guest parking.
