The community was updated with nice apartments which offered all the kitchen appliances, a spacious balcony and having the washer/dryer in the apartment was a plus.

The leasing agent was superb and the community was wonderful. I would definitely recommend that community.

The agent was very personable and she was efficient. The community does not have much in the way of personal amenities, only Ladera's amenities. The cabinets, appliances and fixtures could use updating.

The appeal of Laurel Canyon was it was set in a very natural environment that mixed very well with single residence properties. Having a washer/dryer within the apartment and direct access to the garage made the appeal more suitable. The community had the same access as neighborhood HOA residents to Neighborhood and HOA amenities. The upside to renting at this community was getting a very single family resident style of living where one did not feel crunched upon their neighbor.

Driving into the community was beautiful. The curb appeal of the neighborhood town homes makes me hope to win the lotto. Then to see the apartment complex and the apartment was amazing. I know that there is limited onsite amenities, however, being able to have access to the Ladera city amenities is a great fix. Also, I have never seen an apartment with such an entrance to their apartment. The private patio that looks like another living space makes me jealous that we have never been able to have a home with that feature.

The community is located on a quiet residential street. The community was well kept and maintained. The amenities offered were desirable. The floor plans offered were spacious in size and offered lots of closet space. The private style patio areas were a great plus and they were spacious in size. The Leasing Staff was pleasant and helpful.

It is all about the neighborhood. Nestled cozily among tree-lined streets and picket-fenced single-family homes, it has the feel of small-town America. Everything, from shopping and medical services to trendy eateries and sports parks, are virtually blocks away.

The community amenities were very well maintained and made it look like a resort. The leasing professional was very positive and upbeat. She put me at ease while talking about my housing situation. The level of engagement by the leasing professional was outstanding. I envision the quality of life here being like living in a resort. Based on my experience, I would very definitely recommend the apartment community to friends.
