It was a very nice clean community. I would have leased if the apartment had central air and a washer/dryer. I was looking for more in terms of the apartment, but the amenities are great and the leasing professional did an outstanding job.

This is an older community. There are no washer/dryer connections. There were an abundance of pools, spas, and laundry facilities located throughout the community. The tennis courts were a nice amenity. According to the agent, this is a good area with a lot of community pride.

The community was beautifully maintained! It had lots of curb appeal and the greenery and florals were quite appealing. I felt the pressure to complete the application and become a resident was a bit too strong though. The community and amenities were plenty enough to sell this property so there was no need for a high pressure sell.

My experience at the community was a positive one. I personally found the price a little higher than I would be comfortable paying considering they did not offer the appliances that were important to me. The leasing agent was very efficient in her abilities and kind. She made the experience a pleasant one.

The apartment features in this community are comparable to other communities that I have seen. However, I must commend the community regarding cleanliness. All the features of the community were clean and well kept. The apartment community's overall outside appearance looked new and I did not see many problems with cracked walls or any apartments needing repair.

The apartments did not have central air conditioning. The fitness center was nice, but small. The clubhouse was open to the main lobby area for the leasing office. Overall, I could probably find more for my money elsewhere.
