The community was nicely located near shopping centers and freeways. The grounds were excellent and the apartments were complete.

The community itself was nice, but there were poor painting skills in the apartments and attention to detail. The apartments I viewed had dried paint drippings on the walls, and the cabinets did not align at the bottom. I would be frustrated knowing that my care of the apartment would be more detailed than the maintenance staff.

This was a very large community. There were three pools and five spas. The landscaping was nice and felt like a resort.
