I found the community to be clean and the staff friendly. The apartments were small and pricey, especially for not having granite, wood flooring, or stainless steel appliances. The resident was also responsible for water and trash. Pet rent was discussed and as a pet owner, I would not pay rent for my dog.

The amenities included at this community were great. They were a gated community and there was a courtesy patrol available. The vaulted ceilings could be updated, so it did not look like a barn or something you see inside of a garage.

The community staff was very warm, and made me feel welcomed. The community was located in a very busy city, with entertainment and dining and a lot of parks to walk or jog. It was a nice place to call home.

The value for the accommodations was exceptional. Based on my experience, I would undoubtedly recommend the community to family and friends.

The community was beautiful and had all the amenities that I could want. The apartment was very nice although I prefer a gas stove. Overall I was very impressed and could definitely see myself very comfortable there.

The community was centrally located near many local conveniences such as a mall and many dining options. The community was well maintained and appeared well kept. The amenities offered were desirable and included a volleyball court and car wash. The floor plans offered were updated and offered a spacious layout. The Leasing Staff was very helpful and pleasant.
