The community was close to all major attractions and had a restful environment.

The community offered impressive recreational amenities. Multiple tennis courts, pools and spas were available. The older buildings had been well maintained and some upgrades had been implemented.

The community was clean and upkept well. The parking was ok. I think that the clubhouse should be offered longer hours at least on weekends, the gym should be card access and made 24 hours for more flexibility. I would consider moving there but I would need washer and dryer connections because I already hate taking groceries back and forth as is. The apartment itself is pretty spacious though for the price and besides the small changes that could be made it was serene and had a welcoming feel about it.

The spacious two bedroom I viewed was completely upgraded.

The second bedroom was a nice size, it was bigger than some of the second bedrooms I had seen. I love the walk in closets. The kitchen was too small. The apartment was not creative in cabinetry to create extra space. The master bedroom was too small as well. The balconies, I could see everything on it. There was not a lot of privacy and the rent was high. Laundry connections, real air conditioning and gas stoves were not included.

The property was beautiful, from the entrance all the way through. There were natural rock fountains throughout and tennis courts, volleyball courts, and a Jacuzzi at every laundry room with lush landscaping throughout the property as well. The renovated apartments were gorgeous. I would love living at a property like that. It spoke of perfection.

I was very impressed by the community and leasing agent. I cannot wait to pack my bags and live there.

The consultant was engaging, warm and welcoming. The apartment was spacious and was at a good rate. The amenities themselves would have swayed my decision, but I also appreciated the consultants warm personality.

Great amenities for the price of a huge apartment.

The community was very well maintained, had the right amount of amenities and provided on-site maintenance 24 hours. The community was well located and adjacent to freeways and shopping centers. They offered a great rental rate for what you got.

The make up and layout of the community was very appealing. It felt good and I believe anyone would be comfortable living there. They had enough pools, spas and laundry rooms. The trees and walkway were relaxing and made it a nice place to just walk around for exercise if you did not want to use the fitness center.

I would encourage friends to look at this community as it was fairly priced, had dishwashers, and garages, and recreational amenities. The laundry facility was dreary with no convenient clothes pole for immediately hanging up drip/dry clothes, no chair to sit on while waiting, no iron and ironing board to make use of time. The landscape in front of the office was being redone to go drought tolerant, but the grass elsewhere was too often either dying or missing. There was no color (potted plants) anywhere on the grounds to make it attractive.

Based on my overall experience with this community, I was pleased with the leasing professional and the upkeep of the community. I could see myself and my children living there because I would feel safe. Everyone we encountered was very pleasant and extremely inviting and welcoming.

The staff at Raintree were engaging, courteous and enthusiastic! The company took pride in offering upgraded apartment features and desirable community amenities.

Staff was friendly and helpful and willing to help me with my needs. Having an office on location with courteous staff was less worry for the residents living in the community. There was on site maintenance as well which was important and convenient.
