The cost is high and the apartment is not energy efficient

I feel safe, the apartments are well kept and close to restaurants and mall.

Location is great and so are the amenities to the complex. The office personnel (namely one of the girls) need to be reprimanded and get in line with who the customer is and how word of mouth and business works.

It's mainly have to be the cost to space ratio. What I pay for a one bedroom 650sq ft here I could get two bedrooms and 1300sq ft elsewhere. Also the random fees that start to add up, like for "valet trash", aren't enjoyable.

Awesome location, yet very poor energy efficiency.

It's perfectly located for me and super close to the highway. You can get to the U of A in about 20 minutes or so.

If renters living here wouldn't leave there pets at home for weekends barking continuously it makes it hard to relax yet the ranch encourages this these tiny apartments are not made for huge dogs

I would let them know that it's not worth the money.

I loved the color scheme of this property. I was so fascinated with the architecture and design; I totally overlooked the community sign. With my certain level of living standards, I felt relieved instantly pulling into the community. The leasing consultant and assistant manager both possessed a natural friendliness which is a skill that cannot be taught. Based on my visit to the community, I would love to call it my new home.

I found the community to be a good price in comparison to other apartments of that quality.
