Way too expensive for the size of the apartments and it's age. Inside is not cheaply made. There are newer, bigger apartments for comparable price or cheaper

We make every effort to ensure that each resident is happy while living here and I hate to hear that we have fallen short. All is great here, except for valet trash service. Would prefer not to have it at all, but if necessary, I would prefer it to be Wednesday through Sunday, not Sunday through Thursday.

I love the Ranch but would like my dishwasher replaced. The washer and dryer are useless too. For what I'm paying a month to rent them should be updated.

Get rid of the gate.. it causes more problems and really doesn't prevent anyone from coming in anyway

I do not feel that I would ever rent an apartment from this community; mainly because of its location and the price.
Hi and thank you for your review on our apartment community. You mentioned that you wouldn't rent from us due to location; we are literally minutes away from endless restaurants, shopping centers, the interstate, Pinnacle Mall, and Walmart Home Office. Please also understand that our monthly rent prices are extremely comparable to the other communities in our area. Our residents are more than happy to pay a little extra for location and luxury. Thank you for taking the time to give us your honest feedback about our wonderful property.

It's right in the middle between 'country' and 'urban'. It's in a very secluded and gated area for security. A nice view too no matter which building in the apartment you end up being in. You're literally a 5min walk away from seeing this awesome farm and then a few minutes drive away from entering the city (Rogers/Bentonville, either). A very convenient place to live.
