The place really is overpriced. The saving grace is the location advantage. The "gated community" sales pitch goes out the window due the gate being broken so much and it always takes forever to get fixed.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey on your experience at the Ranch. I appreciate you taking the time to give us such detailed feedback. I have been working closely with Valet Waste to get the issues resolved and as always let me know if you experience any issues with them so they can be addressed at that time. I understand your frustrations with the gate and unfortunately these things do happen from time to time and they are out of our control. The gates were hit by a vehicle and require a great deal of repairs. The parts are on order and should be in and replaced in the next couple days.

For the price I pay for my apartment, I guess I expect friendly service from personnel. I don't call about a lot of things, but I don't feel comfortable doing it. I was told in the beginning they would be redoing the lights in the kitchen and it's never been completed.

Compared to other apartments in this area, this apartment is definitely more pricy and has less square footage.

I did when first moved in but i tell people now " if you cannot get a 3rd floor unit do not rent here"

Would - very nice apartments, great facilities I. E. Gym and pool, nice office staff
Wouldn't - would not recommend anything other than a top floor apartment, purely due to my own current noise concern :-(
