I have actually recommended two others that have signed leases for this apartment. It is a GREAT location for individuals working in the area and most all places/restaurants are within 10 minutes whether it be in Rogers or Bentonville. Very convenient. The pool is great during the summer (when it is open).

Pricing is a huge factor. It's the better one in the area, but there's not a whole lot to choose from as well. I understand it keeps a reputation for those who they want as their clientele but put a little more upgrades then for the pricing.

I tell them the location is perfect and the neighbors (for the most part) are quiet, friendly, respectful. But I do warn them of the community amenities. Then I let them make their own decision.

We were told that the apartments all recieved a professional carpet cleaning or carpet replacement. The carpet was filthy and vacuming produced lots of dirt and pet dander.
