Hallways are usually dirty. My neighbors drop trash & it sits there for @ least a week. I hate that trash is not picked up on weekends when I generally need it most. I also wanted to self pro-rate my 2 months free, but I cannot pay online since the system says I do not owe anything. Overall I am satisfied & the staff are amazing.

The staff is incredibly helpful and kind towards residents. I can think of several occassions where Hattie and Heather have been super helpful! The facilities are clean & the pool is great. The only improvements I would consider would be Apple computers in the lounge.

The staff in the leasing office is very friendly and they address issues in a professional manner. I like how they notify me via e-mail that a package has been delivered. I know space is limited, but I wish there was more available visitor parking. I like the high ceilings in the apartment and the appliances all work fairly well.

We have been living in our apartment for about 6 months now. We must say we are very satsified. Management deals with issues in a timely manner and we also feel the "love" from the whole team. Our only complaint would be the # of guests allowed to be brought to the pool. Is there any way to request more guests on occasion? Your consideration is greatly appreciated. Thank you! Also, would be nice to be able to access TV room by maintenance @ some point in time.

Love the outdoor grills and common area. Dog areas are wonderful. Smokers too close to building causes hallway and opened window apts to smell.

The place is maintained well, good location. The paint used on the walls is pretty terrible. The late notice is far to intense for a late notice stating you are to vacate for missing rent by 3-4 days is a bit harsh.
